Launch Special (First 12 Months Only): To celebrate our launch, we are offering an introductory rate of $75 for 3 months of membership. This locks in your presence during our high-traffic launch window.
Standard Rate: After the introductory period, the rate is $40 per month.
No Contracts: All memberships are month-to-month after the initial $75 for 3 month agreement.. You can cancel at any time.
Is there a free "Basic Listing"?
We do offer a limited "Basic Listing" which includes your business name and category location. However, to unlock direct website links, photo galleries, video embeds, podcast features, and the "Featured Vendor" badge, you must have an active Vendor Membership.

This is one of our most unique features. Unlike other directories that just ask for a jpeg, we want to help you create content. We offer members the chance to have a professional on-site interview and example video filmed. We come to you, film you doing what you do best, and create a high-quality video asset that lives on your KYWedding.com profile (and that you can use on your own socials). Note: This may be subject to scheduling availability and specific package add-ons.
What will I receive from my video interview?
Our video profile package is designed to give you a month's worth of content in a single shoot. When you book an on-site interview, you will receive:
A Fully Edited Feature Video: A professional, cinematic "About Us" style video that lives on your KYWedding.com profile and tells your story to potential clients.
3-7 Social Media Clips: We don't just give you one long video; we provide 3 to 7 short, vertical or square clips (Reels/TikTok style) highlighting specific questions or moments, ready for you to post on your own Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
Featured Vendor Badge: Completion of a video interview upgrades your profile with our "Featured Vendor" badge, signaling to couples that you are a trusted, verified pro.
Network-Wide Distribution: Your video content won't just sit on your profile. We post and cross-promote your clips across multiple KYWedding.com services and social channels, putting your face in front of our entire audience.
How much does the video portion cost?
We keep this service affordable to help local businesses grow. The on-site video interview package typically ranges between $350 and $500.
Why the range? The final cost depends on the specifics of your shoot, such as your location (travel time), the duration of the interview, and any specific editing requests you may have.
Note: This is a one-time production fee. Once the content is created, it is yours to keep and use forever. All you need to do is provide attribution as agreed.
How do I get featured on the Podcast?
We prioritize our Vendor Members for podcast guests. If you have a unique perspective, a new venue, or a tip for brides, let us know! It is a powerful way to build trust with potential clients.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Never. We know the wedding industry fluctuates. Our plans are strictly month-to-month. If you need to pause or cancel, you can do so without penalty.
